By engaging the services of Under A Mountain Web Solutions, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Provision of Services

Under A Mountain Web Solutions, LLC agrees to provide website design, development, and support services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. Any third-party software, hosting, or platform costs are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Under A Mountain Web Solutions, LLC with timely access to all necessary materials and data required to perform the services and is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content provided.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including project strategies and performance data, strictly confidential.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Under A Mountain Web Solutions, LLC is registered.
